The heavy heart of an ex-lover,

The name of a best friend,

Beautiful things sweetly spoiled,

A love overreachingly soiled,

"Somethings money can't buy,

Like the love i have for you,

And the love you have for me."

Those words made me believe,

But all they did was decieve,

They made me believe i was your lover,

More than your best friend,

But for success and money your heart was sold,

Fortune and fame finally took hold,

You never got your payment for all those devilish lies you told,

Those words you said became red marks in history,

Now why i loved you became another unsolved mystery.

Money means more to you now than i'll ever know,

Those words you said, were they just for show?

Wait i have a few more questions for you,

Was your love for me at all true?

Was what you said for real?

Or did you use the same line to seal your new record deal?

If you don't want to answer me fine,

You can take those words you said and stick 'em where the sun don't shine!!!
